Full spectrum hydration and then some
Hydro Flask, a highly successful premium hydration and lifestyle brand, has grown its line of products from water bottles to large coolers, backpacks, clothing, headwear, beer growlers, and associated accessories. Retailers were clamoring for more floor fixtures and a wall system to accommodate the expanded line, so Hydro Flask tapped Vehicle to redesign their entire in-store fixture program.
No substitute for first-hand observation
We conducted national store surveys to review their current fixtures in the wild and to understand the various needs and space constraints of their wide array of retailers – from bicycle shops, to grocery stores, to big box sporting goods stores.
Modularity addresses line evolution
Our final retail design featured a suite of three different modular fixtures, branding elements, plus a complementary wall system with prominent point-of-sale imagery and messaging. The POS template we designed used a system to address brand and product messaging, and create a visual language for technology features. Then we applied this same design aesthetic to their digital ad template for brand continuity online.
The result is a highly efficient modular system that can adjust to serve their evolving needs, while allowing their colorful product line to shine as the hero in store.
