We geared the major taylor mini-site for under-the-radar discovery
Nike asked Vehicle to create a discovery website aimed at young sneakerheads for a new line of footwear inspired by turn-of-the-century bicycle champion Major Taylor, a stellar athlete widely ignored by history due to the color of his skin. The site used dynamic navigation to heighten the sense of discovery, quick paths to product, and stories to highlight Major Taylor’s historical significance. We shot all product photography in house and also designed and produced integrated in-store programs for the launch.
